AUD has the Student Housing Division, which runs the residence halls and provides a secure and well-maintained shared and single rooms with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, laundry rooms, shared facilities like kitchens, study lounge and recreational areas. Academic buildings, library, labs, cafeteria, gym, courts, and swimming pool; all these are within a 2-5 minutes’ walk of the halls. Shared occupancy rooms are cheaper, whereas single rooms are more costly. Fall and Spring Fall and spring AUD charge about AED 8,500 a shared room, and AED 14,000 a single room per semester; Summer sessions shared rooms are approximately AED 5,700 and single rooms 8,500. There is a security deposit which is refundable and reservation fee.
