Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must hold permanent residency in Hong Kong.
• Candidates are required to have obtained First-Class Honours in their undergraduate qualification, or be on track to complete a subsequent credential such as an MSc or MPhil by September 2025.
• Students in their final year may also apply, provided they secure First-Class Honours by July 2025.

Application Details

Prospective applicants are required to present a comprehensive proposal or a video submission, accompanied by two recommendation letters and pertinent academic records. Submissions may be made via the internet. The cutoff date for submissions is 15 Nov, 2025.
