The Asia New Zealand Foundation Postgraduate Research Grants at Massey University are available for Masters and PhD candidates pursuing studies in Law, Trade, Innovation, and Environment. This scholarship provides partial funding of up to NZD 3,000 to support research projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or New Zealand permanent residents.
• Applications for retrospective funding will not be considered.
• Asia-related research and fieldwork need not be tied to completing a specific degree/qualification; one-off projects and programs are also considered.

Application Process and Value

Selected candidates receive partial funding covering up to NZD 3,000 toward their research costs. Applicants are required to submit a financial report of relevant expenditure and a 700-1000 word article (with photos) that may be published on the Foundation's website.
