Overview
The AUWCL Global Talent Development Scholarship 2026 is a partial tuition award available for Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree programs at American University Washington College of Law. The scholarship provides a 50% tuition waiver, with partial scholarships also possible depending on the specific program and track eligibility. It is open to applicants of all nationalities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must apply to one of the following LL.M. programs: International Legal Studies, International Business and Trade Law, International Arbitration and Business Law, or Gender, International and Comparative Law.
• Demonstrate strong academic performance and/or professional achievement.
• Prior work experience is considered an advantage.

Note: Students in the International Arbitration and Business Law LL.M. in-residence track are eligible for full or half tuition scholarships. Students in the online or hybrid track are considered for partial scholarships only.

• 50% tuition scholarship
• Partial scholarships may be available based on program and track.

• Submit a 500-word essay addressing:
  • The role of a global lawyer today
  • How the LL.M. program will prepare them for a global legal career
