Carson Northern Territory Medical Program Scholarship 2026 – Overview

The scholarship provides partial funding of AUD 5,000 per year to Masters students studying Medicine or Health Sciences at Flinders University. It is designed for students who are currently enrolled in the Northern Territory Medical Program and who intend to work in the Territory after graduation.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of the Northern Territory Medical Program at Flinders University.
• Demonstrate consistent professional behaviour.
• Show a clear commitment to working in the Northern Territory.
• Note that approved leave is permitted for one semester during the second semester of study.

Scholarship Value and Duration

The award is AUD 5,000 per annum, paid in equal instalments after the census date of each semester. The scholarship is tenured for one year, with payments distributed across two semesters.
