Co-funded Monash Graduate Scholarship (CF-MGS) 2026

The Co-funded Monash Graduate Scholarship (CF-MGS) 2026 provides partial funding of up to AUD 37,145 per annum for Masters and PhD candidates. This scholarship is administered by Monash University and is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, humanitarian visa holders, and international students.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet Monash competitive selection criteria and English language proficiency requirements. The scholarship is available for students enrolled in a Research Masters or Research Doctorate program, including those in joint research programs where Monash is the home institution.

• Be an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder, or international student.
• Meet Monash competitive scholarship selection requirements.
• Meet English language proficiency requirements.
• Be applying for or enrolled in a Research Masters or Research Doctorate.
• May include students in joint research programs where Monash is the home institution.

Scholarship Value

The CF-MGS provides a living allowance (stipend) and a relocation allowance for eligible recipients. Successful international applicants will also receive a faculty tuition paying scholarship.
