CROUS State Grants at NEOMA Business School 2025

Eligibility

• The CROUS Grant is available to international students enrolled in full-time studies.
• To qualify, students must meet social criteria based on their parents' income tax declaration.
• Students with apprentice status are not eligible.
• Additionally, to maintain the scholarship, students must attend all classes, exams, and tutorials, as attendance is monitored.

Application Process

• Applications for the CROUS Grant must be submitted online between 1st March and 31st May via messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr.
• After submitting your application, you will receive your Student Social File (DSE) within 48 hours.
• You must then return the DSE with the required documents within 8 days.
• Upon review, CROUS will send you a conditional notification, which must be uploaded to myneomagora.neoma-bs.fr for final confirmation.

Benefits and Value

• The CROUS Grant provides financial assistance, with amounts varying depending on your eligibility scale, ranging from €1,454 to €6,335 annually, paid in 10 monthly installments from September to June.
• Additionally, the grant exempts students from the CVEC contribution, which is typically €100.
• Students can also apply for accommodation in CROUS halls of residence through the same process.
