CROUS State Grants at NEOMA Business School 2025
Eligibility
- The CROUS Grant is available to international students enrolled in full-time studies.
- To qualify, students must meet social criteria based on their parents' income tax declaration.
- Students with apprentice status are not eligible.
- Additionally, to maintain the scholarship, students must attend all classes, exams, and tutorials, as attendance is monitored.
Application Process
- Applications for the CROUS Grant must be submitted online between 1st March and 31st May via messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr.
- After submitting your application, you will receive your Student Social File (DSE) within 48 hours.
- You must then return the DSE with the required documents within 8 days.
- Upon review, CROUS will send you a conditional notification, which must be uploaded to myneomagora.neoma-bs.fr for final confirmation.

- The CROUS Grant provides financial assistance, with amounts varying depending on your eligibility scale, ranging from €1,454 to €6,335 annually, paid in 10 monthly installments from September to June.
- Additionally, the grant exempts students from the CVEC contribution, which is typically €100.
