Director’s Scholarships for Academic Excellence at Australian National University 2025

The Director’s Scholarships for Academic Excellence represent prestigious awards provided by the Australian National University (ANU) for the 2025 academic year. These scholarships are intended to support exceptional international students who are undertaking Bachelors and Masters degrees in the fields of Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all international students, excluding Australian nationals.
• Applicants must be enrolled in the ANU-SDU Joint Science College at Shandong University, Weihai.
• Eligible for students admitted to a vertical double degree of undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs at ANU College of Science.
• Applicants should not have previously received this award.

Scholarship Benefits

This scholarship provides partial funding of AUD $7,500 per annum. The total value of the scholarship is $15,000 over two years, disbursed in equal installments after the census date of the first and third semesters.

Application Details

Interested students must first apply for admission to ANU. Upon receiving an offer of admission, eligible students will be sent a link to the online scholarship application form to the email provided in their ANU International Student Application Form.
