ELICOS+ Scholarship at Swinburne University of Technology 2025

This scholarship supports international students who undertake an English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) alongside an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at Swinburne’s Hawthorn campus between June 2024 and December 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Open to all international students except citizens of Australia or New Zealand and permanent Australian residents.
• English Requirement: Applicants must not meet the English language requirement for their main Swinburne course.
• Scholarship Restrictions: Candidates cannot hold another Swinburne tuition fee scholarship or reduced-fee arrangement, nor receive funding from another organization.
• Course Entry: Students must satisfy the entry requirements for both the ELICOS course and their chosen Swinburne program.

Application Process

There is no separate application form for the ELICOS+ Scholarship. Eligible applicants who submit an application to begin their Swinburne course during the specified period will automatically be considered based on their academic records. Successful candidates will receive notification of the scholarship through their offer letter.

Benefits and Value

The scholarship provides a refund of up to 10 weeks of ELICOS tuition fees, with a maximum value of A$5,000. This refund is issued after the student completes the ELICOS course and commences their principal Swinburne course.
