The Engineering Futures Scholarship is open to students enrolling in undergraduate or postgraduate engineering programs at the University of Queensland. This award is designed to support learners from Australia and New Zealand who are facing financial difficulties while studying engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be citizens or permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand.
• Applicants must provide evidence of financial need.
• Approved fields of study include:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/Master of Engineering
  • Combined engineering degrees
• Applicants must not currently hold another scholarship of a similar nature, as decided by the Associate Dean.

Scholarship Benefits

The award offers partial financial support of up to AUD $30,000, intended to reduce the cost burden for dedicated engineering students.
