Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility is limited to South Korean nationals:

• Born after 1 January 1997 for Master’s programs.
• Born after 1 January 1995 for PhD programs.
• Currently enrolled or newly admitted to a French higher education institution for the scholarship year.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English or French, depending on the chosen course.

Benefits and Value

The scholarship provides comprehensive financial support:

• Monthly stipend of €860 for Master’s students and €1,588 for PhD students.
• Round‑trip travel between South Korea and France.
• Tuition fee coverage of up to €5,000 per year.
• Access to university housing or student residences, subject to availability.
• Reimbursement for Study in France procedure costs.
• Renewable each year, contingent on academic progression.

Duration

Scholarship periods are:

• Master’s (M1): up to 24 months, renewable for a second year.
• Master’s (M2): up to 12 months.
• PhD: up to 36 months.
