The Mid-Term Overseas Singapore Industry Scholarship (SgIS) 2025 is tailored for Singaporean citizens pursuing undergraduate studies abroad. This award supports learners across all fields of study, offering substantial financial assistance and pathways to professional opportunities within Singapore's key development areas.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold Singaporean citizenship.
- Applicants need to have finished at least one academic term and cannot be in their final year of study when applying.
- Students should exhibit outstanding co-curricular involvement and leadership experience.
- Applicants must show dedication to advancing Singapore's strategic industries.
Scholarship Benefits
Financial support is offered in two tiers depending on the number of academic years left in the program:
- For those with one to two years remaining: a grant of SGD 40,000 and a two-year bond with the sponsoring body.
- For candidates with over two years remaining: a grant of SGD 60,000 and a three-year bond with the sponsoring body.
