International Family Discounts at Newcastle University 2026

The International Family Discounts scheme provides a partial tuition fee waiver of 10% per year for eligible family members of current or former international students.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be classified as international students for fee‑paying purposes.
• Hold an offer of admission to an undergraduate programme at Newcastle University.
• Study at the Newcastle city campus.
• Commence studies in the 2025‑26 academic year.
• Be close relatives (husband, wife, brother, sister, son, daughter, father or mother) of a current or former international student.

Application Process

Eligible candidates must complete the online application for the International Family Discount in accordance with the IFD guidelines.

Value of the Award

Successful applicants receive a 10% tuition fee waiver each year of their programme.

Note: If two family members begin their studies in the same academic year or are already enrolled, only one may apply for the discount.
