International Islander Scholar (Graduate Students) 2025

Overview

The International Islander Scholar (Graduate Students) 2025 is a partial funding scholarship valued between USD 1,001 and USD 2,000. It is available for Masters and MBA degree programs at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. The scholarship is open to all nationalities; however, the application deadline has expired.

Eligibility Criteria

• Incoming graduate students must have a minimum 3.2 GPA on the U.S. 4.0 scale based on the last 60 hours of coursework.
• Current graduate students must maintain an institutional GPA between 3.20 and 3.32.
• Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency with a minimum IELTS score of 6.5, TOEFL PBT score of 563, or TOEFL IBT score of 84.
• Recipients must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA at the end of each academic year (fall, spring, and summer).
• Applicants must be continuously enrolled in classes.

Academic Requirements by College

• Graduate students in the College of Nursing, Business, Liberal Arts, and Education and Human Development must complete 18 hours of graduate-level courses per academic year.
• Graduate students in the College of Science and Engineering must complete 21 hours of graduate-level courses per academic year.

• Required materials include a résumé and a 500-word essay.
