International Partner Academic Merit Award at IUPUI 2025

The International Partner Academic Merit Award is a scholarship program offered by Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), specifically designed for transfer students from Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) who are pursuing undergraduate and master's degrees in select fields, including Business, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, and Earth Science.

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must be SYSU transfer students participating in the IUPUI 2+2 agreement.
• They must be enrolled in a qualifying program at IUPUI.
• A minimum GPA of 80-89 is required for eligibility.

Scholarship Benefits and Renewal

This merit-based award offers partial funding of USD 11,000 per year, divided into two installments of USD 5,500 each for the Fall and Spring semesters during the first year of enrollment.

To be eligible for scholarship renewal in the second year, recipients must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 at IUPUI.
