This undergraduate scholarship supports students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or Social Sciences, specifically History, at Victoria University of Wellington. The award provides Partial Funding of NZD 5,000 and is open exclusively to New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.

Eligibility and Application Timeline

Applicants must be enrolled in their first year of study and intend to continue into the second year. The application deadline is 31 October 2025, with submissions required by 4:30 pm on that date. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Selection and Award Details

Selection is based on demonstrated financial hardship. Successful candidates receive the scholarship value of NZD 5,000, paid in two equal instalments during Trimester 1 and Trimester 2.

Additional Conditions
