Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a first-class or upper-second-class honours bachelor’s degree in their discipline of application or a cognate field approved by the proposed supervisor. Alternatively, candidates with a first-class or upper-second-class master’s degree or a completed research master’s degree in a relevant discipline are also eligible. Degree equivalency for qualifications obtained outside Ireland is assessed by the Vice President for Research and Innovation.
