Karolinska Institutet Erasmus + Traineeship 2025

The Karolinska Institutet Erasmus + Traineeship 2025 program is tailored for students aiming to boost their expertise via practical training and brief courses embedded in research assignments. This track offers partial financial support and is restricted to individuals from the European Union as well as citizens of Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Croatia, and Turkey who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at Karolinska Institute.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be officially registered at Karolinska Institutet.
  • Candidates need to be eligible to proceed to the next semester at KI, or be on the verge of finishing their studies there.
  • The traineeship placement must be finalized before the degree is conferred.
  • A full-time placement lasting between two and twelve months is required, situated within the agreed timeframe at an approved site.
  • A formal "Learning Agreement" signed by the host organization is mandatory.
  • The traineeship must appear on the diploma supplement corresponding to the student's academic program at KI.

  • A completely filled-out and signed "Learning Agreement for Erasmus+ Traineeship."

  • A Ladok transcript issued by Karolinska Institutet, which verifies completed coursework and any pertinent certificates from other learning establishments.
