Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple Scholarship at SUTD 2025

This merit-based award supports Singaporean students pursuing undergraduate studies at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). The scholarship provides partial funding of up to S$15,000 annually toward tuition and study-related expenses for one academic year.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents with demonstrated financial need (monthly Per Capita Income ≤ S$2,500). Candidates should exhibit strong leadership potential, integrity, moral values, and community spirit while maintaining good academic standing in any undergraduate program.

Eligibility also requires applicants to be full-time undergraduates at SUTD and meet specific financial criteria as outlined by the university.

Application Process

Current SUTD students who meet the criteria will receive an invitation to apply through MyPortal. Applications must be submitted before the deadline, with late or incomplete submissions automatically disqualified. Awards are granted based on competitive evaluation of eligible candidates.

SUTD reserves the right to not award scholarships if suitable candidates are not identified.

Benefits

The scholarship covers up to S$15,000 per academic year for tuition and related costs. There is no service obligation or bond attached to the award.

Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress to continue receiving funding.
