MCW Global Young Leaders Fellowship Program 2026

This fully funded fellowship prepares emerging leaders aged 18-26 to drive community change through global exchange and local action. The program blends virtual learning with a 10-day in-person training in New York, emphasizing leadership development, global citizenship, and vision planning.

Program Structure

The fellowship spans one year, beginning with a Community Needs Assessment project. Participants then attend a 10-day intensive training in New York before implementing action plans over the remaining 10 months with mentor support.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be between 18-26 years old at program start
• Identify a health, education, or economic security issue
• Demonstrate English fluency
• Commit to completing the full fellowship
• Pay a refundable USD 100 deposit

Graduation guidelines will be provided upon acceptance.

Application Process

• Two letters of recommendation
