Monash University China Scholarship Council (CSC) Doctoral Scholarship Program 2025

This scholarship provides full funding for international students from China who wish to undertake a PhD at Monash University. Applications are accepted through the official portal until 31 January 2026. The award covers tuition, a living allowance, relocation costs, health cover, and travel expenses.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Chinese citizens or permanent residents, under 35 years of age, and intend to conduct research in an approved CSC field. They must hold an H1‑equivalent qualification, meet English language standards, and commit to returning to China after graduation. The program also requires adherence to CSC selection criteria.

The scholarship includes:
