PhD Scholarship in Physics, Photonics and Optics at RMIT University 2025

This scholarship provides full funding, including a stipend of AUD 32,841 and a fee waiver, for candidates pursuing a doctorate in physics, photonics, optics, optoelectronics, physics chemistry, material science, solar cells, or electronic engineering.

Eligible applicants must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with first‑class honors in one of the specified disciplines, achieve a minimum GPA of 80, and have a record of scientific publications. They also need to meet RMIT’s English language requirements for postgraduate research.

Benefits
