Postgraduate Taught Merit Scholarships at University of Galway 2026

Scholarship Value: This award provides a 50% reduction in international tuition fees for the duration of the program. Only tuition fees are covered; no additional stipend is included.

Eligibility Criteria: The scholarship is open exclusively to Non-EU nationals. Applicants must have received an offer and accepted it for an eligible Postgraduate Taught program at the University of Galway. Automatic consideration is given to all eligible international applicants during the admissions process.

Eligible Programs: A range of Masters and postgraduate diplomas are covered, including MSc Podiatric Medicine (Pre-Registration), MSc in Applied Multilingualism, MA/PG Diploma in Health Promotion, MSc Applied Clinical Data Analytics, MSc Clinical Research, MSc Regenerative Medicine, and MSc Exercise Physiology & Application in Therapy or Rehabilitation.

Application Process: No separate scholarship application is required. All eligible international applicants are automatically considered when they apply for a qualifying program. Successful awardees will be notified by 17 July 2026.
