Reaching Out MBA Fellowship at Imperial College Business School 2026

The Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Fellowship is a competitive, partial-tuition scholarship designed for outstanding LGBTQ+ students admitted to the Full-Time MBA program at Imperial College Business School.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must identify as LGBTQ+ and demonstrate leadership within the community, supported by strong professional references. Candidates should also show commitment to ROMBA’s mission of advancing equality in business education, the workplace, and society, with selection based on a strong overall programme application and interview performance.

Financial Award

The fellowship offers up to GBP 20,000 towards tuition fees and includes a travel stipend to attend the Fellowship Leadership Retreat in North America in July 2026. Additional benefits comprise complimentary ROMBA event registration and access to exclusive networking and professional development resources.
