SMU School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS) Achievements / Aspirations Scholarship 2026

This merit-based scholarship supports high-achieving Singaporean citizens and permanent residents enrolled in undergraduate programs within the School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS). The award provides partial funding of either SGD 5,000 or SGD 10,000 annually and is offered on a bond-free basis.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be Singaporean citizens or permanent residents.
• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program offered by SCIS.
• Maintain good academic standing and demonstrate strong character conduct.
• Active participation in co-curricular activities or community service is required.

Application Process

Eligible candidates are required to apply online through the official application portal. The application must be submitted by 19 March 2026, with shortlisted candidates potentially invited for further assessment.

Scholarship Value

The scholarship is awarded in two tiers:

• Achievements Scholarship: SGD 10,000 per year
• Aspirations Scholarship: SGD 5,000 per year

Recipients may also gain access to the SCIS ACE programme, enhancing their academic and professional development.

Note: Singaporean students may additionally apply for government bursaries providing cash allowances, subject to eligibility and award conditions.
