School of Nursing and Midwifery – International Scholarships at University College Cork 2026

University College Cork provides partial funding scholarships for international students pursuing Nursing degrees. The program supports both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science candidates who are self-funding their studies and are citizens of non-EU nations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must hold an offer of admission for B.Sc or M.Sc Nursing.
• Students must be classified as non-EU nationals for fee purposes.
• Applicants must be self-funding their studies at the School of Nursing and Midwifery.

Application Process

This scholarship does not require a separate application. Eligible students will be considered automatically upon admission.

Value of the Scholarship

MSc Nursing:

• 50% tuition discount for self-funding candidates residing in nations rated between 116 and 191 on the Human Development Index.
• 35% tuition discount for self-funding candidates residing in countries rated between 67 and 115 on the Human Development Index.

BSc Nursing:

• 15% tuition discount for self-funding applicants living in nations rated between 116 and 191 on the Human Development Index.
• 10% tuition discount for all other self-funding candidates who are citizens of nations rated between 67 and 115 on the Human Development Index.
