Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce Foundation – SUTD Scholarship 2025

This undergraduate scholarship is administered by the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and funded by the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce Foundation (SCCCF). It provides full financial support of S$15,000 per academic year for up to three years, covering tuition fees and related study expenses without any service bond.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open exclusively to Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
• Must be enrolled as a full-time second-year undergraduate student at SUTD
• Maintain a minimum CGPA of 4.0 from Term 2 onward
• Demonstrate strong leadership, active participation in Fifth Row activities, and community service
• Show keen interest in Chinese business and cultural affairs
• Special consideration given to applicants with Per Capita Income of S$2,500 or less monthly

Application Process

• Eligible students receive invitations to apply through the MyPortal system
• Submissions must be complete and submitted by the deadline
• Awards are granted based on merit among qualified candidates
• SUTD reserves the right to not award scholarships if suitable candidates are not found

Benefits

The scholarship provides S$15,000 annually for up to three years, directly applied to tuition and educational expenses. Recipients are not required to fulfill any bonding obligations to the donor organization.

Additional consideration is given to financially needy students meeting MOE-defined income thresholds for Higher Education Bursary eligibility.
