Stephen Coleman Memorial Prize at University of Auckland 2025

The Stephen Coleman Memorial Prize provides partial funding of up to NZD 1,500 for students pursuing Engineering at the University of Auckland. The scholarship is available for both Bachelor and Master level studies within the Faculty of Engineering.

Eligibility

• Enrolled as a full‑time student in the Faculty of Engineering.
• Registered for the course CIVIL 782 – Water Resources Engineering.
• Studying toward either a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or a master’s degree.
• Achieving the highest marks in the Stage I and Stage II projects of CIVIL 782.
• Attaining a minimum mark of 80 %.
• Meeting the required academic merit standards.

Value

• Up to NZD 1,500 per award.
• Paid as a single lump‑sum.
• One prize is awarded annually.

• Selection is based on academic results and an internal nomination.
