The Matthew McLennan and Richard Howes Outstanding Honours Collaboration Scholarship 2026

The Matthew McLennan and Richard Howes Outstanding Honours Collaboration Scholarship 2026 is awarded annually to final-year honours students at the University of Queensland. Two scholarships are available, each valued at AUD 7,000 and providing partial funding for undergraduate study in Business & Economics.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a current student at the University of Queensland
• Must be enrolled full-time in an eligible program offered by the UQ Business School or the School of Economics
• Must be in the final year of their Honours program
• Must not hold another scholarship considered similar in nature
• Must submit a complete application including a research article proposal by the deadline

Application Process

1. Prepare a 300-word proposal for a collaborative research article on the specified scholarship topic.
2. Complete the scholarship application through StudentHub.
