The University of Hertfordshire is pleased to present the Economics Scholarships for the 2026 academic year. These awards are designed to assist students from the United Kingdom who intend to begin a Bachelor's program in Business, Economics, or Finance.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the University of Hertfordshire Economics Scholarships, candidates must satisfy the following requirements:

• Must be a UK undergraduate (Home fee-paying) student
• Starting the first year of a new undergraduate course in September 2026
• Enrolled on a full-time programme, directly delivered on campus
• Studying one of the following courses: BSc Economics (L101), BSc Business Economics (L112), BSc Economics and Finance (L1N3)
• Have achieved the equivalent of 120 UCAS points or above in one sitting, in line with course entry requirements

Application Process

All qualified candidates are automatically considered for the award. There is no requirement for a separate application.

Scholarship Benefits

The award offers a one-time grant of GBP 2,000, applicable for the first year of study only. This financial support is intended to assist with the costs of higher education in economically significant fields.
