Eligibility Requirements

• Graduate students must have completed at least 9 UH credit hours and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Applicants must be in good academic standing and classified as international students.
• Students are eligible to receive the scholarship only once.
• First-semester and new transfer students are not eligible in their first semester unless they completed an undergraduate program at UH.
