USA Undergraduate Scholarships at Trinity College Dublin 2025

Eligibility

• Open to citizens of the United States who have completed high school in the U.S. and will pay the non‑EU tuition rate.
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.3.
• Applicable to all undergraduate courses except Medicine, Dentistry, and Acting.

Application Process

• Submit your application by email to the North American Regional Officer (damien.ofarrell@tcd.ie) with the subject line: Your Name + Trinity Application ID + USA Undergraduate Scholarship.
• Required documents:
  • Copy of your Trinity offer letter (conditional or firm).
  • A 200‑word statement on how you will contribute to the Trinity College Dublin community (Word or PDF).
  • Your CV/Resume.
• Applications must be received by April 1, 2025. No further communication will occur until scholarship awards are announced.
• If awarded, you must accept the scholarship by email and pay the required deposit by the stipulated deadline.

Benefits and Value

• The scholarship provides Partial Funding, €5,000, applied as a reduction in tuition fees for the first year of a full‑time undergraduate program.

Selection Criteria

• Assessment is based on academic achievement and the applicant’s potential contributions to the Trinity College Dublin community.
• Consideration is given to regional and program diversity.
