Victoria Students Psychology Society Scholarship at Victoria University of Wellington 2025

This scholarship provides partial funding of NZD 500 to support psychology students who are active members of the Victoria Students’ Psychology Society (VSPS). It is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in psychology courses and who maintain at least a B average GPA.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be fully paid VSPS members, enrolled in at least one psychology course, and achieve a minimum B average (GPA 5). The scholarship is available to all nationalities.

Application Process

Interested candidates must submit a completed online application by the deadline of 31 August 2025. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Selection Criteria

The selection process evaluates academic performance and active involvement within VSPS. Candidates must demonstrate consistent academic achievement meeting the B‑average requirement.

1. Enrollment in at least one psychology course and full VSPS membership at the application closing date.
2. Maintain a minimum B average (GPA 5).

Award Details

The scholarship is valued at approximately NZD 500 and is awarded annually. Recipients are required to submit a signed report detailing how the funds were spent.

Additional Information

VSPS may use recipients’ names and photographs for promotional purposes. The number of scholarships granted each year is determined by the society.
